Developed in the 1800s, lead acid batteries are one of the earliest types of rechargeable batteries. We offer a complete logistical service for their collection, transportation and recycling. We collect Irish lead acid batteries from members of the public, retailers, civic amenity sites and local collection schemes across the country. We then deal with them efficiently, compliantly and cost-effectively. This includes using our experience, skills and facilities to extract 99.5% of the lead and make it ready for re-use in lead-based products or even other batteries.

This includes using approved containers for their safe storage and meeting all regulations and waste management legislation in our 2,500m2 state-of-the-art facility in Dublin.
